Dear Fans and Friends of the Revolution,
Although we have enjoyed much success playing for all of you and will
always be grateful for your support, we have struggled over 8 years to
achieve national and international recognition, trying to break a new
style of music and performance into an industry that has a very limited
vision of what can be successful in the mainstream.
You, the fans, have always been the reason for the success we have
achieved. We have come to the realization that this has always been an
underground movement. We are committed to continuing to write music and put
on shows that will never compromise the integrity of the artists or the
fans alike. We believe we can do this as a grass roots underground
movement, and bring the industry to us, instead of the other way around,
but it is only possible with the help of you, the fans.
Today we are reaching out and asking YOU for your help in this
campaign. Together we can can create a movement, one that carries our message
of unity and peace through music, the equality of all humans, regardless
of race, gender, religion or sexual preference, and the appreciation of
all cultures by creating music and shows without boundaries or
limitations.
If you enjoy our shows or records, and believed in our message, please
join us. Now is the time when our message is needed the most. We know
our music isn't mainstream, but we believe it could touch and affect
millions of people in a positive way.
We have a plan to get our message out there. We need a large, and well
organized street team/Internet promotion team of volunteers who will
get our message out there, and let the TV/Radio/Record and Concert
industry know that people want to hear us!
Our administrative team, Steve Z and Lisamari will be organizing a
campaign, utilizing the skills and strengths of all our volunteers for
specific tasks that need to be done.
There will be two levels you can participate in for our team. The 1st
level will be comprised of a hands on task force, meeting with us every
couple weeks for ongoing projects. The 2nd and equally important level,
for those with location, or time limitations, will be for those who can
send out emails or make phone calls when it is needed. This will be a
large, global network of volunteers - the more the better.
To kick this all off, we will be doing a private show for all
interested in becoming part of our team. This show will be our first live
broadcast/pod-cast via the Internet and will be done at Synergy studios in
Redmond, where we did the tracking for our last two CDs. The show will be
on Sunday, September 10th. This shows will be unlike any we’ve done in
the past, as there will be the combined factors of an intimate audience
and the advantages of a modern recording studio.
There will be an opportunity for you to sign up for whatever areas of
promotion that suite you best. This will be the first of a series of
shows dubbed the “Synergy Sessions” broadcast on the net, with the goal of
reaching as many people across the globe as possible. This is just one
of many approaches we will be taking to spread our music and message.
