Good Morning Eric, Randy and all,
Randy, you are right that the news release needed to be more concise about the status and ownership of the Axen product. A patent can only be filed under the inventors name, and NOT the company. It would be interesting to know, who in fact will be paying for the patent, if Axen does in fact receive a notice of allowance from the patent office. Will NVID shareholders foot the bill? Or will Arata shoulder this responsibility, as he should. Not to get picky or anything, but you all better insist that things are kept fair and square. Beings how fast ones have been pulled on you all in the past, I wouldn't put anything past them now. Accountability should really be insisted on.
Also, Provisional patents are a total joke and I am totally convinced that mention of provisional patents by NVID and NVID affiliates, were a fancy formality to make everything appear legit. (legitimate/official.) Stringing people along with a provisional patent applicatoion was a bit comical, in my opinion. Course it doesn't take much to make me laugh these days!
We know that patent pendings require four to six weeks to process, so lets mark it on our calendar and watch and see if the Axen product receives notice of allowance. The notice of allowance will be newsworthy, and will pique my attention. I think you all should ask for some clarity and some documentation on the specifics of exactly NVID's rights to the AXEN product. (Assuming there really is such a legitimate product in existence.)
Pleasant day all,
Cindy (Doubting Thomasina.)
Off Topic to Randy. By the way, the fiqure that we know as doubting Thomas wasn't such a tainted fiqure. Alot of what was officialized or canonized in the bible was "voted on." Doubting Thomas asked Jesus some awesome questions and got some really awesome answers! These questions and answers just weren't canonized because doubting Thomas didn't have the same social clout as those that were able to have to controlling votes on what was to be officialized. Doubting Thomas was beleived to sojourn into the east and influence eastern transcendental thought. Alot of Eastern thought probably has some roots in what Jesus taught, afterall. (A bit off topic---but kind of interesting--since you brought it up.) |
