Yes, Bush-Cheney lost the "war" already. Of course.
There is little or no hope now of extricating ourselves with leaving the place in at least partial chaos.

Quit listening to Fox and rightwing radio. They don't report what the generals, top military experts and honest Republican leaders are saying, much less what democrats have been saying for years, that Bush-Cheney's "war" in Iraq (an occupation between a civil war now) has no chance of military success. Zero. All the top generals admit this.

The only hope is a political solution but very little progress has been made, and as we know Bushies are poor diplomats who don't believe in the UN or compromise.

In fact things have been degrading steadily. aggravated by the US's support of Israel against Hezbollah, massive corruption by the Cheney-Chalabi folks running the Iraqi oilfields, rampant inflation and unemployment of about 70% and the Iraqi security forces riddled with El Sadr typers and other unfriendlies or scammers.
