I agree with you completely. I have won many people to the Lord, but few have remained in my denomination. I let them work out their salvation pretty much on their own. I don't agree with the "overtones" of my denomination on many counts. They preach a lot of grace but you get that "justified by works" thrown in there 20% to 30%. Paul says to make up your mind. Which way do you want it by works or grace. PICK ONE !!! If you live partly by the law you are bound by all of it and you have separated yourself from grace. Doesn't mean you are condemned , just that you have separated yourself from the "work" at Calvary. And unless you can separate the two and choose grace I'll go out on a limb and say the witness you examplify will be ineffective..............Greg
