I love reading all that legal stuff. Especially when it all makes sense, and even more especially when the sense falls in favour of QCOM's position and shows how Nokia's position is tenuous at best.

Thanks for your comments. Got any more? There must be heaps of legal jargon surrounding all this. Just as there is concatenation of erlang orthogonality in turbo-coded synchronicity in the CDMA world, there must be loads of equivalent jargon in the legalese geopolitical realm which surrounds and protects the CDMA franchise.
