"Estoppel in pais" is a good one. Couldn't it be estoppel en pais for added cool-factor? Equitable estoppel sounds rather common. Plain English "unclean hands" is good though - no euphemistic pretentious Latinistic descriptor, no if's, but's, or mucking around. Unclean hands are beyond the pale, out of bounds, poor show, and jolly well not cricket. Mq
