Because Bob Brinker did not "get out of the market" in January 2000. He went 60% out of the market (in August, 65%). Then he recommended putting up to 50% of that 65% back into QQQQ. So anyone who followed ALL of his advice didn't have much to put back in the market in March 2003.

And FYI: March 2003 was not the low. The low was in October 2002. The really comical thing is that he had previously predicted MOABO in the "fourth quarter" of 2002, but like a lot of what he says, he simply ignored that he said it.

What do you think about BOB BRINKER now claiming he made a profit on the Qs? Kind of embarrassing for his devoted fans, huh?
