Yup, I agree..no matter which part of the globe I happen to be in Sept or October(August is shaky with me), I'm in heaven..

Mike, I know we had the SAD discussion this past mid-winter?..I dunno how I missed the 'light therapy is as effective as antidepressants' headline..it's over there on the thread..as you will imagine, the fact that pharma cannot profit from this finding(nor any big company for that matter)means that no big randomized trials have been done..no 'educational seminars' funded by pharma include this intervention..I'm bulls**t, as my blunt Boston native friends say, while others say, I'm ANGRY..these jerks not only promote drugs but also suppress non-pharmacologic modalities..thank God our socialized medicine friends and colleagues are keeping tabs..

we have had four days
with maximum temperatures well up in the 90's

Mike, seriously, please tell me how worried I should be about global warming? In Santa Fe, this past spring, one of my aquaintances said that a decade ago, it was 10-15 degrees cooler..temps hit 95-100 in May/June..no matter, Santa Fe is a most special place..a very pleasant surprise...
