We'd have a LOT less trouble with the ME oil owners if we treated Israel as just another ME state, instead of treating it "special". Our CURRENT policies seem to work directly AGAINST our best interests.

Without oil, the ME would be of no importance to us whatsoever, just another godforsaken hellhole to be marginalized and ignored.
