Smearvets are not "the military", they're lying sleazeballs.
Millions of Americans have served in the military. Some of them are disgraceful and dishonorable rightwing extremist liars like O'Neill and his gang. There're bad apples in every barrel, as the smearvets prove. They're right up there with William Calley and the Abu Graib sadists in terms of setting a positive example to our soldiers. They dishonestly assassinated the sterling reputation of war hero John Kerry and are trying to do the same thing to Jack Murtha now.

Why do they do it? Only becuse they hate democrats. No other reason. And because they were really-really upset that the Vietnam War ended. What a great war that was for them. 55,000 US soldiers killed for a big fat lie. They loved all the needless bloodched and insanity. Who cares if it had no purpose? They loved that war and were furious that Kerry told the truth and helped end it.
