1. Worries that cell phone growth will slow from the tear its been on for the past 2.5 years.
2. Motorola's failure to improve cell phone operating margins recently despite strong revenue and unit growth.
3. Concerns that Motorola's cell phone driver model (the RAZR) is getting a bit long in the tooth.
4. Concerns that Motorola's telecom infrastructure division is milking its existing customers and not winning any 3G contracts.

That's about all I can think of. I own some, I'll buy more if I find some money lying around somewhere.....
