Well, it is a full circle. Before early 1980s, everything I consumed in China was organic. Since fertilizer was very expensive then, and almost no farmers used it. And all pigs, caws and chickens ate natural plant and/or organic grains. And now after the economic reform in the last 30 years, one can hardly find any organic food in a regular grocery store. What a wonder process of modernization!
