It is definitely a good move into SMALL business area. It is not clear that it is aimed at MS Office business yet since I doubt that any of the SMBs use Exchange - they probably use some hosted services. Anybody who uses exchange right now doesn't want to farm out their email services to a 3rd party like google. They want to keep their data private. Of course, SLAs might get around that fear. This definitely attacks the MS Office Live business - and I think it will stop that one in its tracks.
