But Israel allows Muslims to live and worship as they see fit. Muslims allow others to worship only as Muslims see fit. If the muslims were to enshrine religious and personal rights into the constitution of their parties, life might be different. But a vote by a religious majority to remove the rights of the religious minority is simply not going to happen. I find it hard to understand that so many supposedly progressive people are so in favour of a religious group that consistently removes the rights that progressives usually espouse.
