Nice job! Ya'll saved me a quarter.
It also looks good that EDUSF moved back up after
dipping below 8 yesterday. Previous resistance
is now the new support.

For Edgar SEC forms, I go to
sec.gov
Then I download company.idx.
When it's unzipped it's huge.
It contains all the links to all documents
within maybe the past year.
The only thing is that it doesn't seem to have
the 144's that Edgar Online does.
I can't see the 144's on Edgar Online,
but then I go to
insidertrader.com
were the summaries are usually enough.
