"So far no Palestinian has shown that kind of value system" Not so. Hamas maintained a cease fire for over a year. That has to be considered as a first step in the right direction When they won the election(which was the next step) the west rejected Hamas, cut off funds, and did as much as they could to force Palestine into chaos.
