I don't think it's 'right'... but I do think you are either confused, or else just making it up.... Still, I'm willing to be convinced so: show me. "The Nativity scene on church property has been outlawed for the mere reason that people can see it when they pass by the property." WHERE WAS THAT????????? "If you haven't heard of that happening, you must live in a cocoon." (Well... if YOU'VE 'heard of it', then you must know WHERE IT IS... so you should have no trouble pointing it out.)
