Are you looking for an out for Kosan-- Maybe Nereus? Sorta do the same thing that dpi did--although dpi shed everything, no need for that. By the way, Biofocus DPI seems to be working just fine for Galapagos...
Boy, is that ever off topic for a day like today. Maybe we ought to focus on the task at hand--why did DPII gap up, then fade? If Infinity walks away from DPII now I will be really sick about it--shareholders would get $6M from Infinity as a consolation prize and probably cash would be returned. I really wish they had done this deal a month from now.
But I don't think the private shareholders of Infinity will let the dpi cash get away from them. They get cash, a listing, I have to believe the deal is still good. And infinity shareholders would be fools if they have not already been trying to scrounge up dpii on the open market these past six months.
I own dpii at $3.04, TFIF owns it around $2.44 I think, so no worries. But I'd rather the stock was trending up today, not fading. I'd also like to see Rick, Peter or Tuck comment on Infinity science someday. I'm not competent to judge any biotech science, I just do this by gut feel and finding google connections--pattern recognition. But I'd sure like a PhD to bless this stock someday <g>.
OT I found Cellzome mentioned on one of the NIBR science articles, something about cell based assays. Tuck, what can you tell us about Cellzome? nibr.novartis.com |
