Well NOK at 20x versus MOT at 11x sure seems to say MOT is a bargain to me. But PE's a harder than before to use due to a variety of things, mainly whether or not the options forcasts used to calculate the forward EPS estimate include options expense (in MOT's case I think not), but MOT still seems too cheap to me.
