After reading the new PDF it now appears Nokia's strategy is that they have nothing to lose. It may be they feel they can get QCOM to call this all off whenever they want and return to status quo by agreeing to the new QCOM license and calling off the Euro dogs. So why not throw a bunch of crap at the court and hope something will stick. Hopefully get this thing into arbitration and maybe gain a quarter percent royalty break which will mean millions in the proliferation of 3G.
