RE PRO (who knew the historic behavior of RE price, but won't
tell you so they can have people taking the 'step down' thru
out the soft landing and holding the property for them to
buy, cheap). History suggests winter of 2017 would be the
1st and earlies time to start nibbling the RE.

But since this time is different, 2027 is not totally out of
ordinary. The longer the soft landing, the better for the
PRO to make a killing.
