My opinion... I'd bet that the 10-K and 2Q will not trigger any non-CNS covering below the squeeze trigger (.0080). I do believe that any innovative tender offer will cause some B/D's to examine their books closely and play the margin win position. They may indeed elect not to tempt fate and buy in their SFTDs. I there is little to no selling, then they will have to make a better offer. If the restructure tender is a hot one, they will buy in pretty quickly before the share pool turns to mud. What we don't know is the size of the non-CNS system SFTDs. BWTFDIK?
