I would be very cautious about using "cuts" in restaurant prices as a sign of "deflation".

In many cases portion sizes and food quality also are being cut.

Too, some eateries now include a 15-20% gratuity with the bill rather than allowing the customer to decide how much is appropriate.

Furthermore many eateries now are charging extra for condiments that used to be free. Our local Nathan's now charges 50 cents to put a little sauerkraut on your frankfurter.

Many bars now charge extra for drinks without ice since such drinks contain more liquor than iced drinks. This was unheard of until quite recently

These "cuts" in restaurant prices are mostly PR for the naive IMHO.
