Speaking of tire slashing. What about the guy who bought his house for 295K. The house went to 650K and he refinanced. Took out a butt1oad of money and gave it to his brother to buy 2 more houses. Now his brother lost his job and got a DWI. (Burned a bunch of cash servicing the three mortgages and is still stuck w/ 3 houses including a NEW BMW ATV). Now he has no more reserves to pay his 650K Mortgage and can't even sell the house for 400K. The other 2 houses sit on the market and his brother has no job. What now Einstein?? Any suggestions. This is a true story....
