BDAZZ: I can understand your frustration and desire to "stick it to Nokia" but as many on the Board have stated - we probably won't ever hear the details of the conclusion because they will seal the settlement.

I am more distressed at the Q management for allowing this debacle to occur.

Several years ago we Q advocates couldn't wait for the day when 3G unfolded. The guild, as Mq would call them, then unveiled GPRS and later EDGE. No way, chimed in Q's faithful. But ATT and other operators went along this growth path toward 3G from their GSM base and said CDMA 1X wasn't any better - certainly not worth tearing out their GSM infrastructure.

Little did we know that the Q management was sitting on their hands the shareholders expectation of a rapid Qualcomm move to 3G nirvana was being hijacked. But management assured us that we were poised to grab 50% of the WCDMA chip business. "The best was yet to come"

But with their heart set on CDMA 2000 and not really enthused about WCDMA the guild stealthy got the jump on us . And now we are struggling to get to 25% of this market. Even Moto dissed us by going with their spinoff for 3G chips - not because of their relationship but as they noted because of the performance of the chips - our didn't cut it.

So, when, if ever will we hear Q's side of this sad story.

I am a long term stockholder and feel very disappointed as do many others on this Board.
