No. They get 0% in the end if BUF decide to buy their 35%. But 35% of it will be fair value and MMR is carried to bankable feasibility.

MMR 35% is more than 53% of BUF 65%. But MMR market cap is less than 25% of BUF.. (last time I checked)

Hence a better value. But the market speaks... no matter what.
