I can imagine some families doing that. Hard for me to imagine the average family doing that. It's also hard for me it imagine that Wal-Mart is 25% cheaper than anyplace else. Ten percent, maybe.

Have you ever shopped at WalMart? Apparently not.

It never ceases to amaze me when I buy groceries there. A cart of groceries that would easily cost over $100 at the local Safeway rings up at $75-80.

One example that comes to mind - Dannon Smoothie Yogurt drinks. $1.75 or more at Safeway, $1.25 at the local Super WalMart.
