You care not of my reward or lack thereof so why do you burden yourself? Is it so that you may appear more righteous than I? Or righteous at all? Again you have made void the word of God.
You may have some of your own fooled but I dare say that God my Father is neither impressed nor fooled.
" woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves,neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in." My Lord Jesus dedicated an entire chapter to these hypocrites. Matt. 23
JF you are a prime example of what your friend Maurice speaks of, and I must say that is not fair to us who are christians. Unfortunately many athiests and non-christians judge christians by the deeds of those who just call themselves christians. And woe to the christian that may at any moment slip from grace, for only then, in his weakness,is he heard by those who have not ears to hear.
