Master Downhole Fivedollar, do you have any information on the share structure of MDH? There is very little information in the few press releases from the company. Canada Stock watch shows 20.5 million shares outstanding but I am not sure whether this is accurate or whether it includes the announced share plan to acquire proprietary assets from Wenzel. Also, are there any other warrants or options outstanding? If you have a contact at the company who can provide an accurate assessment of the share structure, it would be greatly appreciated.
