Costco starts all their employees above the minimum wage, but not much more...If they are good employees, and customer service oriented, they rise through the ranks and are paid very well. In all the years as a recruiter, I never saw an employee come to see me who worked for Costco. And believe me, recruiters know where the problems in companies are....we talk to thousands of people every year!
