'The smart guys switch to RE investment and make tons of money without having to have a penny in his/her name, basically this is almost verbatim to what I heard on the radio everyday.' One thing I'll say about Donald Trump, who I totally despise on every level, is he went into real estate not because he was so book smart but because he had the smarts to know that most in the game did very well over time and that many much smarter than him failed miserably for being in the wrong industry like airlines. Works most of the time but I'm certain not for anyone caught in the mania of 2004-05. Don't worry those new age moguls of the last couple of years will all be back to regular day jobs soon enough
