You have to understand the origins of most of these lawsuits. They are usually started by Lawfirms whose only business is to file suit against a company who stock has been hit, Netscape is no exception to blackmail a company into settling for $millions.

Symantec has 3 products right now in the WIN 95 category top 10 best sellers. Even Microsoft did not sell as much WIN 95 as they stated they would. It really is a bogus claim.
