So you really think that simply joining the two is better than building Palestine first. I think that opening the borders before you build a new Palestine is a recipe for disaster. Imagine after living in Palestine their whole lives palestinian teens and young men walking into Israel and seeing the difference in how Israelis live. How much rage do you want to unleash? And do you think the Palestinians will blame their leaders or the Jews?

This response again reads like my proposal has only a one week implementation plan. The idea is to convince the neighbor Arab countries and the Pal refugees to accept the NewCountry by offering the Pals the right of return on a merit-based basis OVER DECADES, not this Saturday. Take again the example of the 150k Pal refugees which were granted Israeli citizenship by Barak. If they are living successfully and peacefully in Israel, then the test for the approach is working and make it a major, publicly declared policy. The more Palestinians that gain citizenship in the new country, the less inclined the Arabs will be to destroy the New Country, and the whole "build up the Pals" idea that you have called for will be getting accomplished.
