Terry, You wrong? Couldn't be! I think RAIN has to go up to the mid to upper 40s now or they should send you a letter of apology. Hope you're right with the new assessment. Were you just yanking my chain like I told Dennis you might?! If all is temporarily stable in the market than we actually could be in a reasonable buying ground now, although that would imply something to buy with. You think the RAIN people might use the barter system? Actually, my psych.profile for the market goes along with your feint to the south and take a jaunt to the north description, although the next question is then for how long. The bad news for RAIN is that they have decided not to put in animatronic hunting dogs. I guess they figured that they might lose "family business." Sorry, no real news for me to add this a.m., but I like getting my 2 cents thrown in. Have a good weekend, Marshall
