(I don't think asking for a fact is all that obstreperous... it's kinda hard to debate anything without knowing the particulars....) (It's just that I know it's equally as unconstitutional to restrict religious practices held on private property as it is unconstitutional to spend the taxpayer's money in favor of establishing any particular religion in the public square....)
