I was greatly troubled by the Wes Clark interview. He tried to have it all ways. 1. unnecessary war 2. mis-fought war--not enough troops 3. lets go Lamont 4. cant pull out now--too much at stake. I wasnt born yesterday and I know from the Rove playbook folks are easily fooled but i just cant imagine democrats succeeding in the coming election running on all the above points as if there were no conflicts there. Wont voters figure this game out? Well who knows, it took voters three years to figure out how republicans disingenuosly play the terror/security card to their advantage.
