Trying not to add new jrs, but have had EXM on watch list recently. Took initial position today. Has large Mex props, couple JV'd with Penoles and Hoschilds. Kept a good prospect for themselves. They seem to be able to block out large props just by staking and then quickly get substantial co's willing to advance them. Using OPM, Rick Rule says its the best way. Anyway do DD, as I do very little. Been going by instinct all these yrs.
