I have good indications that at least part of the "SEC inquiry" deals with the AGP shareholder data that was fraudulently obtained and sent to a PO Box in Canada. Two different sources. The FBI is involved.

Another part of the inquiry deals with PRs and is possibly in response to an email and fax blast sent by TBD parties. I wonder if both actions are related? In any event, I have changed brokerage account passwords and would recommend the same.

Would also recommend you sweep your computer for the following:

Trojan.Agent.HT
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main##Window title

Apparently one or more of the boards has a trojan linked to a tinyurl spoof redirect. Pretty easy to do. Just create a webpage that loads an activeX trojan that has a blank page and a zero second redirect to a valid link to some PLNI data. The result is a "slow" link that you go right past and without real time spyware monitoring your PC has a trojan masquerading as an internet explorer window. Listens on a high port and allows the perp to rlogin to your system. The redirect also provide the perp with you IP address for the later high port access.

Just a word of caution... these perps are serious. make sure you have a firewall and active spyware monitoring.
