It's more the proportions. Any skin colour or religion would be fine. It's a matter of the numbers and bang for buck.

If you only kill 1 evil-doer and the collateral damage is a million people, one wouldn't bother, unless they were about to fire a doomsday Q bomb in which case it might still be worth it. But box-cutter carrying evil-doers wouldn't be that dangerous and I wouldn't want to get even 1 innocent person to get one box-cutter evil-doer. Unless they had hold of the aircraft and were heading for Tower 2 or my place.

I don't see why you think skin colour would enter into it? That's a weird idea. Did you know that skin colour is just a function of sun exposure of ancestors and doesn't have any causal relationship with how a person thinks - other than things like how to behave in the sun, how conspicuous they are and things related to actual melanin content.

A person doesn't get an ideology from the melanin in their skin. Ideologies and philosophies are located in the brain. Some people think it's the heart, but it's the brain Gib. Come on, you have to have known that.

Apparently there are racists who think skin colour defines such things, but I'd have thought you had better understanding of how genes and philosophies work. But don't feel bad about being a racist. Heck, some of my best friends are racists and we all make generalisations and rules of thumb, because that's the only sensible way to live.
