The open pit possibility required waiting for the aero survey,
now in hand. And some of the people had to finish other work
before getting on to this job.

Now the necessary staff all on board and working the mine
plan. The 3-4 mo was the original guesstimate.

Open pitting would greatly simplify the mining and reduce
costs. Just need to determine that first.
