We accomplished our objectives in Iraq, which were to depose Saddam Hussein, and make sure that Iraqi WMD were unable to proliferate. Saddam ain't coming back, and there will be no proliferation of Iraqi WMD.

A peaceful and stable Iraq depends on the Iraqi people. It would be easier to attain if Iran wasn't arming the Shias.

If -- as seems likely -- the way to get there is for Iraq to break up into smaller countries, based on ethnicities, isn't that up to the Iraqi people to decide? And do you expect a process such as that to proceed uneventfully?
