How is your programming doing for favorable stock situations?

Thanks for asking. I'm not happy with it. It didn't save me from the tanking the market took in the spring. I sold some off, but it went green way too early. So I may have to incorporate more general market performance into the tests of each stock.

I'm going to modify it to test strategies.
Would a stop loss at the two-day low be a smart or stupid thing based upon history?
Would a buy the breakout (above 10 day high) be smart or stupid?
This orientation would (if it works!) better answer where to place buy and sell triggers.

But that will take time I don't have for the next month or two.

FWIW, based upon 8/25 closing data, with 20, 50, 100 day Bollinger band position. 

A: = % with >10% gain inside of 15 days.
B: = % with >5% and <10% gain inside of 15 days 
D: = % with >5% and <10% loss inside of 15 days  
E: = % with >10% loss inside of 15 days.
