re: Nikon’s largest customer orders immersion tools from ASML The immersion machine Toshiba received in december last year from Nikon didn't produce one single wafer up till now, which means they ran into big problems. I expect the combination Toshiba/SanDisk to buy at least 10 to 15 immersion litho's from ASML next year for their new $ 5 billion flash memory fab. Untill last december Toshiba ordered only Nikon litho's. Times are changing, especially for Nikon....
