Last week I placed two calls to CVIA--and although I sense that they are going through some hectic days trying to re-structure etc.--I was impressed that there was someone there to take my calls--I didn't have to go through the leave a message--answering machine scenario!!! It looks like Mr. Jack Arnold is working hard at trying to keep the best interests of the CVIA shareholders as a priority ( at least that's my feeling!)..---Jack has recently assumed the position of President and C.E.O ( or at least that is my understanding!)--it also appears that there are a few vacant Director's positions available on the board--I view this as good news--because maybe the company is taking it's time to make sure they fill these positions with management people that will also have the best interest's at heart of the CVIA shareholders.. I don't know if this comment has any relevance to the CVIA situation-however I have known of other companies that have made a major shift in direction in their business structure--and over time have seen some positive results--in my opinion even in a worst case scenario--CVIA--hopefully will continue even if as a shell company--my thoughts are there is an on going group of companies out there who are always looking for a company to merge a business with in order to start trading on a stock exchange. Please keep in mind that my comments in this posting or of my own opinion only--and I still consider it as a high risk opportunity at best!!! Another way to get more information would be to have the readers and participants from this thread call Mr. Jack Arnold directly ( if he is not in when you call there may be someone else to help you)--this way we can share more meaningful information on this thread--and also give Jack Arnold a vote of confidence( if you feel it appropriate!)..
