Yep. All the Palestinians have to do is capitulate to all of Israel's demands.

It certainly is easy.


No they have a choice, they can cease firing, or they can continue. If they cease firing maybe Israel will negotiate, maybe Israel won't so they can start firing again.
If Israel negotiates maybe they will get a deal they can live with. maybe they won't, so they can start firing again. if they get a deal they can live with, and peace is attained they are very lucky, if not they can start firing again. The only thing that changes nothing is continuing to fire. But that may be the choice they take.

Israel has only three choices, to keep reacting to aggression which is what they do now, to reach peace somehow, or to start initiating aggression. Israel is making their choice now. They see no hope of peace, and reacting to acts of aggression is being seen as not bringing any successful conclusion.
