A federal judge in New Jersey has dismissed an antitrust suit filed by Broadcom Corp. against rival Qualcomm Inc.

Absolutely awesome :-).

In addition to winning the case, the timing is very good. It sets up a possible settlement prior to the ruling by the ITC court.
