I don't know why a judge would go to the trouble of writing a 47 page opinion, then dismiss a case "without prejudice." I've tried searching for the decision on PACER without any luck. But it is definitely awesome as the judge apparently wrote that competition would not be harmed by Q's licensing practices. We should get a nice boost tomorrow.
