Pro_engineer,

Two-thirds of "the audit", 2003 and 2004, is already submitted. The field work for the last third was completed and they awaited the 10-K from PLNI. That was received on 27 July. They stated that they would forward the certified 10-KSB on the 11th of August. That was 14 business days ago, assuming no delays at MB getting it out

During my business life it was not unusual at all to incur delays of this type and I worked for a Fortune 100 company with 4 lawyers onsite.

Assume 4-6 days of legal review/redlines, 3-4 days of management review/redlines, and 3-4 days of error correction and MB peer review, followed by structured formatting for EDGAR. That means that 10-14 business days in processing and then the submission.

Here is an example of PLNI's review cycle. The revison for the ProMold UCC-1 was signed by Turek on 8 August 06, but wasnt filed until 21 August 06.

Remember, what is being signed here means that if an error is submitted it could result in $Millions in fines and tens of years in jail. Given that, I'd be checking every number three times and every word even more.

And remember also that business goes on. Raw materials are being ordered, payrolls are being generated, questions from investors and customers are being fielded.
