Steve, FMR corporation 11.45%,Fidelity Growth 4.71% and Fidelity Aggressive Growth 3.78 added together gives 20% stock ownership by a good quality fund. Source stockholders of ECD on Yahoo Finance under ECD's stock September 1,2006. I think this stabilizes the stock some what thats a lot of shares off the market with a quality company. (Off course they could sell back to public weak hands?) Looking for the plan within a plan from the next cc meeting sept. 12th at 5:00 pm. The earning's estimate has been lowered from -14 cents loss to -17 cents loss for 4th quarter 2006. Commercialization seems to be inching forward. Being a long time poster and share holder of ECD I have to post that Iris will be missed at ECD and I believe did things the right way for shareholders and ECD as well.
