Have you seen today's article in the N.Y. Times, Business Section
"Many Reported Unready To Face Year 2000 Bug".

We all know that the problem is huge. As William J. McDonough,
President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York said in his September 21, 1997 speech "...Year 2000 issues pervade every business area of all financial and non-financial institutions".

For those of us who are long term rather than day to day players
we will get our share of the pie.

Hollis Scott has estimated EPS next year of between $3 and $5
per share. I recently asked Tom Dudchik of Investor Relations it
the Company had backed off from this estimate and he said that they
had not. I'm willing to wait and see what happens.
